CUSTOMER FLOW / STORE C
A service what-if only: one extra advisor adds 8 assistance slots at the selected hour. Demand stays the same; this does not predict wait times or sales.
Choose one store to explore a service-capacity what-if.
This fictional electronics-retail sample covers three stores and six one-hour entry cohorts (09:00–14:00). It is separate from the video, not measured from it. Browsing engagement is visitors who browsed ÷ entries; each browser has one primary display zone. Average browsing time is weighted by the number of browsers, including when combining stores. Service requests are a separate demand measure; planned service capacity is advisors × 8 assists per hour, an illustrative assumption. A busier day multiplies entries, browser counts and requests by 1.25 and rounds each store-hour to whole counts; mean browsing time and planned advisors stay the same. The service what-if adds slots only at one selected store and hour and does not forecast queues, sales or staffing needs. The store comparison shows browsing engagement at the selected hour. All figures are synthetic, not client results or live AI analysis.
